Working Better Together

A growing trend across Canada in both secular and faith-based communities is the idea of strategic collaboration for mutual benefit. The “silo” mentality of “we’re fine on our own” is growing thin and the necessity of working together is greater than ever.
We believe that the Church is the Hope of the World — and if there is one thing that husbands, wives, mom’s and dad’s are looking for these days -it’s hope!
It’s this belief that motivates CMFN to build strategic networks of local churches in cities and towns across Canada to begin truly transforming the marriages and families within those congregations and the communities they serve.
Saskatoon Network – Launching November 19 & 20, 2010
Greg McCombs is presently developing a network of churches in Saskatoon bringing pastors together to discuss the great potential of impacting the marriages of that city through collaboration. Using a coaching model with 10-12 churches, CMFN will launch this local network on November 19 & 20 bringing training in the areas of marriage mentoring, weekend workshops and enrichment seminars. This coaching will help network churches develop a sustainable system of transforming the marriages within their church and the communities they serve. The training has woven throughout it the centrality of Christ in every marriage reflecting a Faith@Home focus in every household.
To establish a network of churches in your region or to join an existing network please contact CMFN’s Director, Greg McCombs at greg@cmfn.ca or by calling (403) 400-3530.
