Our Lead Team

In order to more effectively achieve CMFN’s vision and advance on the established goals the lead team recognized the need to identify a director in the Winter of 2007. That following Spring, sensing the compelling call of God, Greg McCombs, together with his wife Angela, began prayerfully considering this new ministry direction.
By the Summer of 2008 the lead team confirmed Greg McCombs as the National Director of CMFN while he continued to serve First Alliance Church in his role as Pastor of Family Ministries in a half-time capacity.  While reducing his hours at the church in the absence of sufficient funding required a step of faith, it became increasingly evident that a bolder leap of faith was required of Greg leading him to fully resign from his pastoral position to provide the full-time leadership that CMFN requires.
Through the ongoing affirmation of close mentors and valued prayer partners, both Greg and Angela have continued to feel a clear sense of God’s call to lead this ministry.  So much so, that Angela recently resigned her role at First Alliance to partner more fully with Greg in this ministry, utilizing her gifts of administration to help advance the vision and mission of CMFN.  Together they trust that God will now provide all that is necessary to accomplish this exciting ministry entrusted to them.
